- Identification and research of positions which are in link with the needs of the client. For this, we use absolutely no advertisements to find profiles. A strong knowledge and understanding of the market along with our advanced techniques of research allow CROSSTEPS to identify potential candidates with precision and speed.
- Approach identified profiles. Contact is made with identified applicants. Through a phone interview we evaluate the competencies and circumstances of the identified profiles. We gauge an idea of the candidate, not just what is on paper but the candidate himself and identify if there is interest to follow in the process and the project of our client.
- First interview and selection/short-listing of candidates most compatible. Before presenting our selections we meet the candidates to evaluate their motivations and to verify if their profiles correspond with the project of the client. A shortlist of the most compatible applicants is presented with a synthesis of each application and an evaluation of the compatibility to the position, along with verified references.
- Second Interview: Candidate and Client Interview. We organize and schedule the meetings between client and applicants.
- Selection of Candidate: The choice of the most compatible client remains in the hands of the client; We are at your disposal for aid with the selection.
- Integration of candidate: CROSSTEPS follows the integration of the applicant within their role in the company over several months.
